I belong to the Morning Optimist Club as a Past Vice President and long time Board Member. I help chair the Youth Appreciation Dinner every year where we partner with the High School and invite all youth who have been nominated by their teachers for being kind to their fellow students, improving their grades etc. I also served on the Downtown Enhancement Committee, Current Member of the Chamber of Commerce and Past Board Member, Current Member and Past President of the Ambassadors Group of the Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Business Retention & Improvement Committee, member of the Planning & Zoning Commission and am involved in the United Methodist Church. I feel it is VERY IMPORTANT to be active in the community because I SELL Washington everyday.
